Terms and conditions for using our concierge services
Service Agreement
By engaging Amstel Guild Concierge services, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these terms. Our concierge services include experience curation, booking coordination, and on-site guidance through our network of vetted local partners. All services are subject to availability and partner terms.
Booking and Payment Terms
Bookings require full payment or authorized deposit as specified for each experience. Prices include our concierge fee and partner costs but exclude personal expenses, gratuities, and optional add-ons. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment partners. All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the experience start time are eligible for full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to partner-specific policies and may incur additional charges. No-shows or cancellations on the day of service are non-refundable.
Experience Modifications
We reserve the right to modify experiences due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue closures, or partner availability. When modifications are necessary, we will offer comparable alternatives or full refunds. Minor adjustments to timing or routing do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about group size, dietary restrictions, mobility requirements, and special needs during booking. You are responsible for arriving punctually at designated meeting points and following guide instructions for safety and experience quality. Disruptive behavior may result in experience termination without refund.
Liability Limitations
Amstel Guild Concierge acts as an intermediary connecting clients with local service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for partner service quality, personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Insurance and Safety
Clients participate in experiences at their own risk and are advised to maintain appropriate travel insurance. While our partners maintain professional insurance, we recommend comprehensive coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Age restrictions may apply to certain experiences.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Client testimonials and photos may be used for marketing purposes unless explicitly declined.
Membership Terms
Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid for the specified term. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days' notice. Membership may be terminated for violation of terms or inappropriate conduct.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and experience details. Our privacy policy governs data collection and use. Clients agree not to share contact information of guides or partners for direct booking, which violates our partner agreements and may result in service termination.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work to reschedule experiences or provide appropriate refunds based on recoverable costs.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to binding arbitration under Dutch law in Amsterdam. Clients waive rights to class action lawsuits. Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law and subject to the jurisdiction of Amsterdam courts. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
